The second course of Sessions Week steps up with the first of two consecutive FREE-for-alls. This all-Sessions affair showcases the full spectrum of artists flocking to the roster, gathering from all corners of the city, country, and continent, somewhere out there in left-field. Topping this bill is LA beat-head, and Scion AV alumni, Nosaj Thing, with his lilting atmospherics and cutting rhythms. Airick Woodhead's Doldrums marks the release of Friendly Ghost's "Egypt" remix with a very special set at The Hoxton, pointing to more Sessions goods to come, up from down in the dumps. Daps' Beta Frontiers supports with a peerless set of lo-fi highness, while Jesse Futerman fuses all manner of stylistic inflections into a sound wholly his own. Our favourite Lucie Tic soundtracks all points in between and after.
