Dante Trivia:
Danted Trivia toured with Cut Chemist and DJ Shadow during the infamous Brainfreeze tour. He DJ'd alongside legendary funk curmudgeon Keb Darge and is the lead curator for Numero Group (http://numerogroup.com/), the best reissue label in the world for American Soul, Funk, and Gospel (have you seen their 6LP Syl Johnson box-set?). He ran the Memphix label reissuing some legendary funk 45s and LPs, including the Black Chains & Exhaust compilation (http://pitchfork.com/reviews/albums/1911-chains-and-black-exhaust/). A prolific writer for Wax Poetics and other music magazines, he maintains the site: http://ohiosoulrecordings.com/ and released a sought-after LP under the name Express Rising in 2003 of instrumental beats (dusted review from 2003: http://www.dustedmagazine.com/reviews/956). He moreover introduced the rare record market to Bone: http://waxidermy.com/features/stock-covers/
